Students with intellectual and developmental disabilities, like all students, need guidance developing self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-respect. I Matter begins with activities that explore self-worth and strengthen student self-esteem in a concrete way, and finishes by teaching students to draw on their newly found self-confidence to deal with bullying.
